A special request; send color copies or pictures that do not need to be returned.  Please do not send your favorite one of a kind picture!

Please include the following information:
1- Parents name(s)
2- Child's name and condition
3- Birth date
4- Death date, if applicable, and indicate if you would like us to
keep your pictures for the next year.
5- Attending conference (yes, no or uncertain)
6- Any additional information you would like to share.

We enjoy everything - cute, sweet, touching, heart warming, funny, etc.We appreciate your generosity in sharing pictures of your precious children and family.
