God saw fit to bless us with a miracle. Ji’Ezra was born on June 1, 2003 to a large family. He has brought so much life to our family; and a greater knowledge and understanding to the true purpose of life. He has been the reason why our family has pulled together more closer now than ever before. As a family he has taught us to pray more and build a stronger foundation on our Creator. He was diagnosed with full Trisomy 13; we were told he would not live past a week. He stayed in the hospital for 9 days; due to severe jaundice, we insisted he come home if he was going to die. That is how we were told. Ji’Ezra is eight years old now; we have had our ups and downs, in and outs at the hospital. But, through it all he is still hear; and because of this blessing we are stronger individuals. I thank God for all that he has done in our lives; and while He has Ji’Ezra here, we will love him and cherish the time we have together.
